Glamour.com’s Face To Watch In 2010

Tom has been listed in Glamour Magazine’s list of Faces to Watch In 2010, and this is what they had to say about him:

Tom Sturridge – Age: 24

After Jamie Bell [Hayden Christensen] stole the lead role off Tom for Jumper back in 2006, he finally managed to cause a Hollywood buzz last year, shaking things up with The Boat That Rocked. Being bestfriends with Robert Pattinson has helped him to secure a slot on girl’s bedroom walls. This year he stars in Waiting For Forever. Let’s hope he gets his kit off.

I am not sure why they had said Jamie Bell stole the role, but I took the liberty and replaced Mr Bell with Hayden Christensen, cos it was he who replaced Tom.

I’m 65 years old. When I saw him in Being Julia, I said to myself, what presence. He should have been given the part of Tom in that movie. I wish him all the best. I hope he doesn’t let the fame go to his head. Follow actors with intrgrity like Gregory Peck, John Wayne, Paul Newman, Robert Donat.
